The Public Service Transformation Academy is hosting a free special webinar: Breakthrough Transformation: Appealing to Municipal Sector Leaders and Enabling Deeper Change with FEI’s Randy Sa’d.

The pace of change has never been faster—and today’s complexity is stretching traditional leadership and management practices to their limit. On Oct 8th, Randy Sa’d, Executive Director of the Flourishing Enterprise Institute at Wilfrid Laurier University, will share about the Enterprise Evolution (EE) Program. EE is a capability development program designed to enable senior leaders to respond to increasing complexity by transitioning toward systemic, strategic management practices. This tailored, dialogic and reflexive experience is designed to shift the mindsets of leaders and build motivation to adapt how their organization functions. During this interactive session, Randy will present an overview of the EE program, share practical case studies and engage the community in exploring the applicability of EE within relevant contexts, including opportunities for joining the community collectively bringing EE to market.
